This 7lb, 3yr old cutie is a love bug.  There is quite a story on this boy.  He came to SCMR from Korea and is a survivor of the Korean meat market.  Yes..... they eat them there.  He wants is to be petted, will bark if he wants attention and follows his foster mom everywhere.  Maxfield loves to play with people and drops into a play bow with anticipation of fun.  Every time you look at him he wags his tail!
 
Maxfield is very smart and learns quickly.  During his photo shoot, he realized that when foster mom called his name and he was still, he would get a treat, so it only took one try and he knew what to do for the camera.
 
He eats well and could gain a few ounces.  He has learned to jump on the back of the sofa and to use the bed stairs to get on the big bed.  If he needs help with something new, he will bark.

Maxfield  has the sweetest personality, and he gets along with the other dogs in the house and found a bed no one was using and made it his own.
 
Everything is new to him, so it will take him time to learn about life inside a home.  He does explore the smells in the yard when he goes out with the other dogs.
