This sweetheart of a tri is a velcro Collie. He just wants to put his head in your lap and get lots of love and attention. He needs a home where he won't be alone all day. Another quiet, non-dominant dog would be fine. He needs a thorough dental cleaning and then he'll be ready for his FOREVER home.
