Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This adorable girl is Cayenne.
She is one of a litter of seven pups that needed to be bottle fed. She and her siblings were left under someone's shed here in Pontotoc County by their mama. Sadly she never returned for them.
Cayenne and her littermates, which we believe to be Lab/Dane mixes, are about 4 months old now and are anxiously awaiting their furever homes.
They are all active, people oriented babies.
Due to state laws regarding out of state adoptions, we cannot adopt to families in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.
She is currently being fostered in Mississippi and will be transported via Pet Express transport services upon adoption. Her adoption fee is $400 and includes spay, age appropriate vaccinations, a nose to tail vet check, and transport costs.
Second Chances lists dogs as being available in Kittery, ME because we transport our dogs to Kittery every other week after they have been adopted. All of our local shelters have a high euthanasia rate due to overpopulation so we created our rescue group to primarily adopt to the northern states to help keep as many dogs as we can from entering our kill shelters.
