This big handsome guy was abandoned under a bridge on the Cumberland Parkway in Adair County, Kentucky. He is a young adult, less than 2 years old. We believe he is a Chow mix and possibly has some Retriever in him. He is a nice dog, however, he has alot of energy and needs a home where he will be exercised daily and receive training. He is good with people and although he is ok with children, we would advise he not be around young children as he would probably knock them down. We would also advise a home with no cats. Mr. Chow would make a great companion for someone who is very active and would take him along. He is up-to-date on vaccinations and is scheduled to be neutered on Wed. Oct.15, 08. Please contact our organization if you are interested in adopting Mr. Chow.
