Ginger was thrown out of a truck in a historic neighborhood of Detroit with her sister Nutmeg. She's a big sweetie and is a true girly girl. Here nickname in her foster home is princess. Paws and Think Detroit would like to keep the "spice" sisters together because they are a perfect pair. They play, sleep, take care of one another. It is hard to find a bond like these two have. They probably have always fought to survive together and it would be a shame to have to separate them now.
Ginger loves to cuddle with her foster parents and foster dog siblings. Ginger is crate trained, and learned how to eat without scarfing her food down, as well as learned manners. She knows how to walk on a leash. She has a very calm personality and would do well with other dogs, potentially cats if introduced slowly and children.
If you would like to adopt the bonded pair please fill out the application below and email it to us.
