My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roo is a 3 year old, 9 lb rat terrier. She is still very scared so it is tough to gauge her true personality but she does love for be held and petted. When you stop petting her she paws at you to keep going.

She is nervous around strangers and new dogs but seems to be settling pretty well. She is good with dogs once adjusted and fine with cats. She will need a home with no children.

When she gets scared she can get nippy. Not bite but nip lightly as a warning. Once in a new home where she is comfortable I fully expect that to go away.

All dogs are fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered and Heartworm negative unless otherwise noted. We require an adoption application, home visit and adoption fee of $200 ($150 for senior). You also get a two week trial period with all of our dogs. To apply, simply go to www.forgottenpaws.com.

Many of our dogs are in foster homes all over Atlanta, thus an application is required before an appointment can be set to meet a dog.
