Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Heidi, a female black lab mix.
Heidi was purposely hit and abused by someone. She was found on the side of the road in TaoYuan Taiwan. Cars and people went passed her and no one cared . She was dying. We didn't know how long she was there. When one of our volunteers found Heidi and rushed her to the hospital, she was so weak and just minutes from dying. But she used the little energy she had to wag her tail showing her appreciation. Heidi had a strong survival instinct.
From the vet exam, one of Heidi's legs were bit by baseball bat and it had several sever fractures. We had to amputate that leg. After a few months of nurturing and Vet care, Heidi is now 100% healthy.
Heidi is shy and skittish in a new environment. She would hide from strangers and it does take time to earn her trust. However, once she is trusting you, she is very very sweet, happy, passionate and loving. She would follow you everywhere and be super happy when you come home.
Heidi is about 2 years old, spayed female, black lab mix, about 40lbs. She is fully vaccinated, microchipped and passed full health exam, blood test and quarantine. Heidi is potty trained, leash trained and crate trained. She is good with dogs and cats. Heidi is submissive and very shy initially. Heidi would be more skittish and scared by active children. So she needs more time to get familiar with kids. It will take a couple of weeks for Heidi to open up. For the 1st few days, it will be best NOT to give Heidi too much attention and let her learn the new environment.
