Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I just say I’m not getting older I’m getting better! That’s what I say when someone asks how old I am. I’m Buddy, the sheltie and I am waiting for my forever family to come and take me home. The vet thinks I’m between 8 – 10 years old. I say age is just a number! So don’t let that stop you from checking me out. I love to ride in the car with the window down just enough so I can stick my head out and let the wind blow through my fur. I’m house-trained and leash-trained, and get along with all the dogs in my foster home. I’m also told I am full of personality. If you are interested in me there is an application waiting for you at www.texascollierescue.org.
Buddy
Buddy is a sweet older Sheltie boy looking for his forever home. He came to Texas Collie Rescue from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Found as a stray. One of our fosters in the area picked him up and he was transported to one of our foster homes in the DFW area where he is presently staying. Buddy is ready to go to a loving home at any time. Please let us hear from you if would like to have to have this sweet boy as a new family member or companion.
