My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Andy!! When we first rescued him, we all called him Raggedy Andy because he was in such rough shape... but now he is a dignified and sweet little man, ready for his own home and family!! He is precious, always playing with a toy... he especially loves balls!!! He is a little bit of a hoarder as he tends to gather up all of his favorite toys during the day and put them all in his bed. Andy came to us with heartworms and has come through treatment with flying colors! Andy would love to be your one and only dog but would be okay with another submissive dog. Over Christmas, Andy was with my grandchildren and although he was fine with them, i still would not place him with young kids, mainly because he does guard his toys. Andy is loving and sweet and loves to sit with you at all times. He has a little dance he does when getting his food bowl, that is just adorable. He also will greet you when you come home with a little dance that involves jumping up for you to catch his paws. Andy has a lot of heart and he would love to share his abundance of love with the right person or family. Andy is fostered in Asheville, NC and his adoption fee is $185.
