She is super sweet! Plops on her back at the drop of a hat for belly rubs. She is a happy dog that always seems to be starving. She is pretty much not interested in cats. She is really a wonderful girl that loves everyone.

Tootsie has a touch of arthritis that can be easily controlled with medication.
