Zoey is a sweet, happy 9 yr old spayed female who is housebroken and crate trained. She loves attention and to be petted. She gets very excited for walks and does well on a leash. She gets along with other dogs. Zoey has been diagnosed with diabetes, so receives twice a day insulin injections (monthly cost for insulin and syringes is $30). If you would like to be considered to adopt Zoey you must first apply. Then please contact linda@schnauzerrescue.net. Rescue Schnauzers usually weigh between 15-25 pounds, they are up to date on shots, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered prior to placement. We make reasonable efforts to evaluate the health and temperament of each dog, however we cannot make any guarantees. We are not a shelter and do not have a central facility. All dogs are kept in foster homes located throughout the area we cover. PLEASE NOTE: We rescue schnauzers in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC and southern Pennsylvania.
