Here's what the humans have to say about me:
SPECIAL NEEDS PUP! We are posting Bear as a courtesy to a friend of a friend. He is NOT a Shelter Hope owned dog but he IS a dog that is in grave danger of being surrendered a second time and killed at a shelter because he is considered "severe special needs" or "unadoptable".
He came to the Sacramento, CA, area via Texas where he was in a shelter and "surrendered" by his initial owners for having had issues with cats. He has now been through training courses and is approx. six years old and approx. 55 lbs.
Bear also has epilepsy (requiring daily medication) and separation anxiety, so he's going to require an angel here on earth to save his life, adopt him and love him unconditionally!
Could this person possibly be YOU? If so, please drop us an email to shpssac@yahoo.com or call/text us at (916) 303-0334.
PLEASE NOTE: NONE OF OUR ANIMALS ARE HOUSED OVERNIGHT AT OUR ADOPTION CENTER! ALL ARE IN PRIVATE PARTY FOSTER CARE OR IN BEAR'S CASE: AT HIS OWNER'S HOME!
