Poor Mister T came to the shelter with his fur completely shaved off and weighs only 8 lbs. He knows he looks a little sad right now, but is confident he will get his good looks back asap! He is about 8 years old but is still very much a puppy at heart. He will jump into your arms if you spread your arms to him.
