Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Regina is a wonderful young cat (about 2 years old) that was apparently dumped when she got pregnant since very social. She found a caring man to feed her when her kittens were born and ask SOS Kitty to save the family at about 4 weeks (has very unfriendly dogs). When we weaned her four kittens, she became surrogate mother to two really needy rescued kittens (about 4 weeks with issues).
Regina (the queen) is a "junk yard dog" when it comes to survival. She never misses a meal of wet food and dry food is always available. Kitten dry food is, of course, preferred, so she gets into kitten areas as often as possible. .
Regina is about 1/2 solid grey and half white with a plumed tail. She is smart and sweet-natured, but can get overstimulated with aggressive petting. She and Alicia (9 months) chase each other all over the house, so she still acts like a kitten much of the time.
Regina can be seen at Trendy Pet & Rescue (near Dillards) Thursdays, Choice Pet Market (71st St & Shea) Sundays or in your own home by appointment. We think she is a wonderful cat and hope she will win the adoption lottery and get an equally wonderful lifetime home!
