Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dog story:
Meet the fabulous Harry. This tiny firecracker is searching for the home that can love his forever. He is a very energetic little boy that needs lots of exercise and brain work. He loves to be with his person (people). He is a cuddler and is happy to be resting at feet or in your lap.
History:
Harry was found very cold night in a street with his sister Sally. If you can open your heart to this sweet 1 year old, 9 pounds Harry, he will re-pay you with kisses.
Harry is currently living with a foster family with multiple dogs, and he gets along well with them all. Harry has not been around a cat, but we believe that with a proper introduction and right fit, he should be fine with just about any little animal.
We plan on bringing him to Princeton, New Jersey in late February upon finding a forever family for him. Harry's adoption fee is $300. If you would like to adopt Harry, please email donghaepaws@gmail.com with a bit of information about yourself (e.g. your experience as a dog owner, your family and/or other pets, etc.) and your phone number. A HDP volunteer will promptly respond to your email. Thank you!
Prior to rescue, many of our dogs have experienced minimal socialization and it takes time for them to learn about life as a family pet. Common skills such as house training and leash walking may often take a little extra time. Patience, understanding and a gentle hand are a must. The great news is, most of these dogs come around rather quickly and being a part of their rehabilitation is an extremely rewarding experience.
We typically do not adopt to homes with children under 8 years old.
A home check is mandatory before adoption.
*** About us ***
Hope For Donghae Paws(HDP) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to bringing rescue dogs from Korea to the US and finding permanent homes for them. It is true there are many animal lovers in Korea, but still many dogs suffer and are killed for food.
Our mission is to find US homes for mixed-breed dogs whose chances of being adopted in their native Korea are very low.
