BUTTERNUT (NOW ENZO) IS ADOPTED!
WHERE I STARTED: Affectionately referred to as the “box puppies”, Butternut and his siblings were left in a cardboard box outside a rural shelter. When they arrived at New Love, they were super sick and it was touch and go for a little bit. But with around-the-clock support, medication, and monitoring they all survived and are now ready for their forever homes!
MY NEW LOVE RESCUE STORY: Butternut joined his family in time to spend his holidays cozied up with his very own family!! It's hard to believe he was once just a dumped puppy taped up in a small box, dangerously malnourished and extremely sick with parasites. We are pretty sure Butternut is going to have a lot of bones under the tree this year!
