Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Clover has stolen our hearts. She is a 35 lb, 2 yo, hound mix with a beautiful coat and sweet face. She was hit by a car and one rear leg was broken, and the other rear leg was crushed. She has been lovingly nursed back to health thru multiple surgeries, and bears weight on one of her rear legs, but the leg that was crushed is likely to never be fully back to normal. She can run and go up and down steps. She can't jump on furniture but her fosters help her with that. She loves to go outside and lie in the sun. She will stay out in the yard for an hour just soaking up the outdoors. She likes to be with you and beside you but not get in your lap. She is great on a leash and enjoys walks. Her foster says, "Clover really has been a fun dog to foster. She is quite beautiful and slender. She is low maintenance and medium energy. She gets along with all of the dogs here where we have big, little, old and young. She doesn't need another dog but another dog would be fine. I do not know how she is with cats as we don't have any here or in my area. Her face is so beautiful and feminine. She will always have a bit of an odd leg. The joint probably won't work but she uses both back legs together when she runs. She LOVES her jackets and has been wearing sweaters and jackets since it has been cold. Clover comes when I call her and has fit in my household very well. Over the holidays, our grand kids were here and she was great! Our youngest is 7. She cannot jump up on people. Clover has become a great girl with her own personality and fun. Her life has not been easy, I don't expect. Now, all we pray for is a good loving home for her to enjoy her family." Clover will be coming up on January 18th. If she is the one for you, please fill out an application at www.browndogcoalition.com.
