My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shay was rescued from a local shelter along with Tillie. He is approximately 4-5years old and weighs in about 92 lbs., needing to lose about 20 of those. Shay appears to have been well cared for. He is current on vaccinations and will be neutered prior to adoption. Shay has successfully completed heartworm treatment.

Shay is friendly and know some basic commands ("sit"). Shay craves your attention and wants to be right next to you with you talking to him and stroking his head. The good folks at the shelter feel that it would be ideal to find them a home together, but if not possible, Shay would probably do best in a home with other dogs. Shay is also friendly with cats!
