Meet Twinkle, she is approx 1 years old. She is spayed and utd on vaccines. She will be coming to PA on 1/14 from South Carolina. She is currently in a foster home in SC. Twinkle is very mellow and super sweet. She is people and dog friendly. She weighs approx 43lbs. It appears that she is house trained. She is looking for her forever family.
