Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Phoebe is a 3 month old kitten found on the streets with damanged eyes. One eye is now fine and she has normal vision. The other eye was saved but is smaller and she will not have vision from that eye as far as we know. She is the sweetest little cat, loves everyone, purrs all the time. She is really perfect in every way. She is located in Miami, Florida and we are looking for a local adopter
