This handsome orange guy is Caesar. Caesar is quite a character, playful, talkative and funloving. He currently lives in a foster home with a baby, dogs and other cats and is fine with them. Caesar was found thin and starved so he loves his treats and snacks. he also likes attention and sits on laps. he would make a great pet for anyone who is looking to adopt.
