My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Coco is an eight-year-old Cairn terrier who recently lost her mom. Coco's brother recently found a new home, so now we need to find Coco her new forever home. Coco is pretty spry for a senior girl! She likes to play, explore & go for car rides! She also loves treats! Coco had been with her mom from the time she was a baby & has only really been around Oscar (her brother). She had one trial adoption with a family who has a YorkiPoo that she didn't seem to care for; we don't know if Coco is just under socialized when it comes to other dogs or if she would be best as an only dog since Oscar has been re-homed. Coco has been very well cared for her entire life. She is spayed, has been kept on preventatives & is currently up to date on vaccinations but will be due right after the beginning of the year so we will go ahead & take care of those upon adoption. As is common in Cairn terriers, Coco does have skin issues that she takes Apoquel daily for. She also has a touch of arthritis she takes a daily anti-inflammatory / pain medication for. All vet records will be available upon adoption so she can continue with what works for her.
