Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Oldham came to Revolutionary Rescue after he collapsed in someones yard North of London Ontario. After many attempts to find the owners it is clear that no one is looking for Oldham. Luckily for him he happened to collapse at the best home possible as he fell into the arms of a Vet Tech who brought him to work and received incredible care from staff and the Veterinarian.
Oldham is a big old ham (hence the name) he loves everyone he meets and his favourite thing is flip on his belly and get lots of belly rubs. He has a wonderful temperament and could easily be a therapy dog. While under the care of the Veterinarian we did learn that he is Lyme positive. We are currently treating this with antibiotics and are hopeful for his future prognosis. He continues to get more and more active and showing signs of improvement.
Oldham is dog friendly but is selective on his friends. He prefers not to be bothered so older more calm dogs are the best match for him. He has not been cat tested at this time.
He has been introduced to older children and had no issues.
We are looking for a quiet retirement home for our sweet old boy preferably with someone who works from home or has lots of time to spare.
