Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet 9 mo old baby girl rescued from commercial breeding facility (puppy mill)

Was registered as a purebred Westie, but she is not. She has a more delicate bone structure and a more timid personality, like one of the toy breeds. She is a Westie mix, but not sure what the mix is.

Phoebe is very gentle and loving, likes toys, gets along with other dogs, and cats are ok.

Needs a calm, quiet home with gentle, loving, patient people

Could be an only dog, or an apartment dog
