My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roxie is a 6 yr old mommy from a puppy mill..  Roxie is a bit timid . She was treated kindly, but not often loved, and never got out to run and play. She is making up for that now. She is VERY SHY, until she gets to know you are not dangerous to her, and then she loves to cuddle and hug. She is still very afraid of men, but will warm up to a gentle loving man.  She also loves to play tag and keep-away out in the yard with all the other dogs. 

She loves to sleep all night with her head on your shoulder, loves to hang out with you, She also likes to hang out in her crate.. Door open with everyone close by.. it's her safe place.  And she  is mostly house broken. Well behaved and sweet. I think she would do very well with  kids who can be patient and gentle with her.   OK with cats who do not run away from her. Awesome dog! Really nice.   Prefer a home with a well fenced in yard as she is a bit of a flight risk.  No doubt given time, patience and a quiet household she will thrive.. Do you have the right home for her?
