My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adorable small girl retired from puppy mill breeding. Just 5 yrs old, she is in her prime, ready to put her nightmares behind her and enjoy some of the good life. Winnie is shy, and takes time to warm up and gain trust, but then she becomes very friendly and playful. She is beginning to enjoy a quick cuddle. I suspect she is going to become a great cuddle pup and lap dog.

She gets on well with other dogs-- definitely not an alpha, happy to be beta, or could be an only dog. OK with older children who can be patient with her until she learns to trust them. Great candidate for apt living as she is quiet and not very active, yet. Could learn to enjoy activity if she becomes member of active family, but until now, her life has been one of sitting in a small cage, and she is content with that.
