Dezi, available for adoption through Fur the Love of PAWS Rescue!
Dezi was recently returned to us along with her Brother Jonah, due to human conflict in home. Jonah is in a trial home so now the spotlight is on Darling Dezi!
Dezi is a 1year and 3 month old, spayed female, American Bulldogs/American Pit Bull Terrier Blend. She is:
✔House trained and crate trained
✔Current on vaccines
✔Heartworm negative
✔On flea/tick/heartworm prevention
✔Micro chipped.
Dezi is the cutest little wiggle butt you could possibly meet and loves to give kisses!
She is good with kids, scared of cats and good with other dogs. We are requiring another dog in her new home. The best match for Dezi we feel is a male dog, a very dog friendly dog, not shy or scared dogs who growl at first meet. Dezi wants a friend bigger than her, she is 63 pounds. She is a bit toy protective with dogs so that would need to be monitored and continued to be worked on in her new home. Foster Mom and Dad are working on this with her and she is easliy corrected with a stern, NO!
She loves car rides and playing in water! Lakes and pools are so fun for her! Secure fenced yard is required. She has always had a six foot privacy, so we do not know if she would jump a short fence.
Requirements for Adoption:
🔼Must be familiar with Bully Breed's.
🔼Secure fenced yard, she loves to run and play!
🔼Another dog her size or bigger in the home, for her to play with.
🔼Must be stable in life and job.
🔼Must own your own home. Reason why? Too many Bully Breed type dogs lose their homes due to moving and very few landlords will allow them, or big dogs all together.
🔼Adoption fee is $75 and an approved application is required before a meet and greet.
