My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This darling baby is approximately 3 years old and is a lovely mix of Jack Russell and Chihuahua so he has the best of both really. Bailey came to GAPR from Bartlett Animal Shelter a while ago. Since Bailey is quite shy, he generally takes some time to warm up before he can feel comfortable and allow his colorful personality to shine through (as you will notice in the pics attached). Bailey is fine with other dogs as long as they are not intimidating or the bullying kinds. What would be best suited for Bailey, is a mature home with people who have had pets/ are experienced with animals and can offer him the time, space and hope needed to allow this baby to feel completely safe and secure. Sweet Bailey is heartworm negative, microchipped, neutered, up to date on vaccinations and is eagerly waiting for this forever home!
