Bruno and his sister Frieda are available for adoption together. They are currently living in a foster home in the Manitowoc, WI area.
Bruno is the snuggle MASTER- He LOVES cuddling and falling asleep on his foster mom's chest and has a VERY LOUD purr machine! Bruno is a HUGE talker. He loves to tell you what he is thinking, especially when you ask him :)
Frieda is adventurous and very playful with her toys, while Bruno would love to just flop at your feet, stretch out and get big belly rubs in his fluffy belly fur and wait for you to finish the task so you can pick him up and snuggle him close. With that being said, they both go NUTS over little soft pom-pom ball toys. They both love to talk about how excited they are when their food is getting ready to be served.
When someone comes to the front door, they run to greet the visitor. They are very inquisitive with new people.
Wrestlemania should be calling any day now, because these two are superstar wrestlers. It is not unusual for them to be consumed with wrestling for 30 minutes at a time. Their antics make their foster family laugh every day. Freida and Bruno have classic wrestling moves down pat. They will wrestle for a while, then one bite is too hard and one of them yelps, then they take a quick break, maybe throw in an apologetic lick or two and then back at it.
Other hobbies: They both LOVE to watch the toilet flush.
Bruno goes by the nickname Bjorn (Norwegian for bear) he is a little fluffy bear.
His foster family also occasionally calls Bruno 'grandpa'; when he is getting belly rubs because his black fluffy belly fur is mottled with lots of soft gray. His belly is so soft and luxurious like soft angora rabbit fur, or one of those flokati pillows.
Speaking of Flokati- Bruno is in heaven when he gets to luxuriate on one of the sheepskin/flokati rugs. The look on his face is priceless.
Both kittens are sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped for identification. They were about 3 weeks old when their foster mom found them on August 19. Both are healthy, and good with letting you clip nails--they have a scratching post and have used it since they were able to walk. The kittens are eating Wellness Core grain-free dry and canned food. The foster family rescued this brother and sister from an outdoor situation and fully intended to keep both kittens. They soon discovered that the teenage daughter is very allergic to cats, and despite a great deal of money spent on an air purifying system, she is still unable to be around the kittens without having an allergic reaction.
Adoption fee is just $120 for all this cuteness. Please email us for more information: FreeRoamingFelineProgram@gmail.com or visit our website to download an Adoption Application: FreeRoamingFelineProgram@gmail.com
