My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Beau. I just wrote my letter to Santa to let him know that all I want for Christmas is my own forever home. I had one but they didn’t have time for me so I wound up in rescue. But, it’s all good. My foster dad gives me a lot of attention and is teaching me some doggie manners. But, I will let you know I would rather be the only dog since I am an attention hog. I’m an active boy and love to play with my toys. Especially tug-o-war. So set another plate for Christmas dinner and have my Santa hat ready because I’m ready to go! My foster dad will gladly give you all the low down on me if you’re interested. But, first you have to fill out an application. And those are at www.texascollierescue.org.

Beau

Beau is a good-looking 4 year old Tri-color collie boy. He came to us from Rockport, Texas. He was an owner relinquish as his owner had no time for him so we took him in to rescue. He’s a sweet boy but would do best as an only dog since he does like all of the attention. He is very active and would probably benefit from someone who would take him on daily walks and some leash training. He would not do well with small children as he plays a bit rough.
