My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi world! I'm Bruno Brave because I made it through a time in life where I wandered the streets of Orlando without anyone to protect me. I was found by a sweet family who saw my true value and knew that the Rescue would make sure I would be protected from that moment on. With my head held high, I moved into my new foster home where I began my rehabilitation journey starting with neutering, deworming, and a fresh teeth cleaning!  I settled in with my new doggie brothers and sister very well.  In fact, I get along with all dogs, large and small.  However, cats and birds, not so much. 

I am looking for an active outdoor family who can help me burn off the energy I have due to my love of life. The vet thinks I'm 8 years old but I believe age is just a number and I will keep you on your toes playing fetch, kicking a ball around, or walking/jogging! After I have plenty of exercise and play, I will cuddle and nap like a champ, even in a crate.  Then when I wake up, I'll be ready to do it all over again!  If you are looking for a first class companion who lives only to enjoy life with their master... THATS ME!!!

Bruno Brave is said to be 8 years old and weighs approximately 28 pounds.  He would do best in a home with children who are old enough to be around an active dog.  While he loves being around other dogs, he does not do well with cats or birds.
