Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Fin. She is an exuberant little lover. She's not keen on sitting still for pictures, there's too much joy in her world to slow down, but she loves a warm lap and a soft ear scratch from her human when she's all played out. Can you share your lap and heart for this little girl?
In early September, a young shepherd/lab mix found herself in a strange shelter. She had been picked up off the streets as a stray wearing a pink harness, but couldn't tell her story. She sat in the high-kill shelter, overlooked for 2 weeks, until the shelter decided they could no longer hold the kennel for her. She was scheduled to have her heart stopped at 6 am on September 14th. The night before, a family decided that tomorrow wouldn't be the day her heart stops beating, so they worked with a rescue and brought her home the next day. What they didn't know at the time, was that by saving that one beating heart, they allowed 9 more to grow strong hidden inside that sweet stray with an unknown story to tell. They named her Libby, and when it became apparent that she was pregnant, the unborn pups were dubbed The Libberpuppies. Through the power of Facebook these pups and their amazing Mamma became somewhat famous, and now it's time to find these celebrepups new homes of their very own. These miraculous little hearts, alive today because of open arms, are looking for arms to hold them for as long as those sweet little hearts continue to beat.
