My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to Woodstock, he can't wait to meet you! This 2-3 year old boy is a social butterfly adept at using his kitty wiles to charm and amuse us. If outgoing, overly friendly cats are your thing, Woodstock just might be the guy for you. Besides being social, he is also adventurous, playful and very loving. Woodstock came to The Pet Rescue Center after spending over a month at the shelter waiting for someone to come and save him. We knew his time at the shelter may be cut short soon so we scooped him up and brought him back to The Pet Rescue Center. With his confident personality we feel that he would do great in just about any home. Contact us if you think Woodstock would be a good match for you!

ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to reduce unnecessary euthanasia of dogs and cats in at-risk situations and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
