My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miss Piglet Piggy needs a special home. She needs someone experienced with both a blind dog and a diabetic dog. Piggy is 11, recently diagnosed diabetic She had been untreated all those years before her rescue so her insulin levels are still being adjusted at this time. She is on a regular diet but that may change. She does pretty good for an old blind girl. Is crate trained but hates it. Does have accidents here and there because she has some excessive water drinking right now that we are hoping will ease up. Has a hernia, but is in no pain. Surgery for it is not an option at this time, till she gets her diabetes under control and gains some much needed weight. For the most part, dog, cat friendly. She just wants to be left alone by them. Very very affectionate, loves being held, will snooze on your lap for hours.
