Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi I’m Oreo, named after a cookie by my female inmate handler but I’m way sweeter than that!
I’m a mellow boy and I love people that let me cuddle up with them on the couch or bed, and spend time playing with me. I love smiling at people I know! I have been living and training in the Utah State Penitentiary so I know sit, down, stay on my mat, back up, shake and walk nicely on the leash. I get along well with all my doggy friends at the prison and we play nicely together. I’m potty trained, crate trained, neutered and current on my vaccinations. I can be a little timid around new things like cars and bicycles that I don’t see often, and people I don’t know because I went straight from the shelter to the prison. But I’m a quick learner, and I will get much braver once I’m paroled and with a forever friend that helps me learn about all those things. I would rather not live with children, for now they worry me and I get nervous. The trainers at CWAC said they will help my new family and I adjust to the scary world out there. I just need someone to love and to love me back. Pour yourself some milk and share with an Oreo!
