Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our pets based on personality, not breed label.
Lenny is 6 to 8 years old Terrier/Labrador mix boy, just a good old common dog. He is a very calm, laid back gentle boy, he weighs about 45 lbs., gets along with very well behaved doggies specially females but will fight rude, pushy and aggressive dogs, he does get along very well with calm well behaved older doggies
He loves people and loves to spend time with people, we have not had him around children but his demeanor makes us believe he will be good with children to. Lenny's foster has two cat that are very calm around to dogs and Lenny just smells them wagging his tail, that is not to say that he would not react to cats that are not comfortable around dogs and either hiss at him or run from him, care should always be practiced when around cats. Lenny is great on leash, he is crate trained, in other words, if you have to leave him inside the house for whatever reason, he will OK, he will just wait for to be let out, and be happy. In reality, Lenny is a good dog, he just don’t take arguments with other dogs well.
Overall, he is a Darn Good Dog.
Lenny is up to date on all his vaccinations, is heartworm negative and in excellent health. If you like to foster or adopt Lenny and provide a Forever Home for him, call or text Lauren at 214-914-7368 or Miguel at 817-798-8416.
