Margo and Polo are a father-daughter bonded pair being fostered in Winston Salem, NC. Margo is age 7 and her father Polo is age 9. These two must be adopted together.
All adoptions through United Yorkie Rescue require a Vet reference, personal references and a home visit.
Margo is a delightful happy go lucky girl. She enjoys exploring outside with her person, or with papa Polo. She is amazingly smart. Housebroken. Gets along well with other pups. Enjoys play time. Listens very well. Loves to be talked to. Prefers belly rubs over petting. She enjoys camping out with you on the couch, either by your side or at the foot, doesn’t matter to her, she’s happy at either location. Margo does well on a leash and when traveling, she will jump right up in the back seat in her crate.
Margo’s previous owner was unable to update her shots and have regular dental checks, but that’s all fixed now. She has had a complete dental (with a few extractions) and her shots/vaccinations are all up to date.
Her father Polo is 9 years old. Polo is a very loving pup. His big beautiful brown eyes seem to look right into your soul and one might find him a little reserved at first. But he soon tilt that beautiful face, with his ears alert and the wag of the tail as he high steps his way right into your heart. He loves to explore outdoors with his person or his little girl, Margo. Polo is very attentive. Housebroken. Listens very well. Loves to play with his toys. Gets along great with other pups. Manages well on a leash. Enjoys a good conversation. Likes the comfortable chair, back of the couch, anything with a snuggle blanket attached or soft filled pillows. Polo jumps in the crate in the back seat of your car first, Margo follows. It’s clear who trained who. Belly rubs . . . well, let’s just say, he lays on his back a lot in hopes that you’ll rub his belly in passing!
Polo too has had a complete dental (with a few extractions) and his shots/vaccinations are all up to date.
With Margo, you can see the smile, with Polo, you can feel the love. A bonded pair, Polo and Margo must be adopted together and remain together.
