Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Up for adoption in Texas and New England: Max. Gorgeous yellow boy alert !
This sweet boy is fun to have around. He gets along very well with other dogs.
His foster family has taken Max to the dog park and they have seen zero signs of aggression with other dogs.
Max also seems good with people, he doesn't seem uneasy. Max is good off leash and he sticks with his foster family and comes when called. Max has a sweet and gentle nature.
His fosters have a 21 month son and it seems that Max has been around children before as he very gentle and relaxed around children.
He loves to play fetch and will run for a ball or his favorite toy a rubber bone. His absolute favorite things are going for walks and riding in the car. He is very playful but is also content to lay around and chill out.
We think he would do well in a house with another dog or dogs as he seems to enjoy having the company of another dog. Max appears to be toilet trained and we have not had any issues to date.
Maxwell also sits and gives a paw if asked so seems to have had a least rudimentary training. Max does not seem to have been walked much on a leash and can do with some training but he does settle on a longer walk and doesn't pull if you keep him moving.
At night he sleeps in the kitchen with the other dogs at night. His foster family does not have cats and are not sure how he'd do with them although he doesn't seem to be too interested in them while we are out on walks.
Max is about 2 years old and 67 lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Apply to adopt him at www.luckylabrescue.com
