Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rosie is the sweetest petite girl! We tested her DNA so we know that she is over 1/3 Australian Shepherd. This wonderful combination of breeds shows in her friendliness and playfulness with people, other dogs, and kitties too. Rosie loves to snuggle in with her person for pets and pats and hugs and cuddles.
We don't know Rosie's exact age since she was found as a stray. We think that she is fully grown at about 35-40 lbs so won't take up much room on your couch at all! We think she is a young adult, between 2 & 3 years old. Her teeth are in nice shiny shape!
Rosie would love a home where she can spend a lot of time with her people. In her foster home, she has learned that the crate is a cozy place to snuggle in and eat her meals. She gets along great with every other dog she's met. Rosie would be great in a family with kids as she enjoys all attention and is very tolerant.
This darling girl was running around a busy roadway on a rainy day when her savior, a seasoned rescuer, saw her. Enough said, Rosie was snuggled in the car on the way to vet before another drop of rain could hit her! She has had puppies in the past but no more, she is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
Rosie is spayed, microchipped, tested heartworm negative, and current on vaccinations.
