My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Han Solo. I've got quite a story to be told, but here's what you should know: I'm very timid, but a good dog. The rescue believes that I would have no trouble at all leaping a 6' foot fence, so I'd need a secure backyard or tether so I don't escape. I escaped my previous owners twice and both times I had to be "trapped" to be caught b/c I don't come to people easily. I am however, VERY social with other dogs and the rescue thinks a home with another dog would help me tremendously! With all that said, I would do BEST in a home where someone is around most of the time. Ideally with someone or a couple who is active in the outdoors and wants a husky buddy to accompany them. A home w/out kids (older kids could be considered) would probably be best for me at this stage. I do good in a kennel, but will tear up any bedding that is in there. I'm about a year old and as you can see, I have one blue eye and one amber eye. Cats are unknown so I suggest a home with no felines at this time. I'd love to be the leader of your Rebel Forces!
