SashaSasha was born in March '04 making her approx. 4 year old. She is a very sweet purebred golden retriever. She is small for her breed - only about 45 lbs. I have had her since she was six weeks old. She is highly submissive, especially around men. She is very gentle with children and has been around my daughter since birth. She does well with other dogs and cats. She is okay outside without a leash and will come when called. She is not 100% potty trained and will need someone who will be patient and work with her. Sasha MUST be in a home with someone there the majority of the day, however, she is okay in crate for small amounts of time. She is very needy and will not do well by herself for long periods of time. She does not like to go outside by herself (in the backyard for instance), so will need someone who can walk her and keep her inside with them. She does shed and will need regular grooming. She is spayed, on flea control and is microchipped. She is due for a vet check-up and probably needs a good teeth cleaning. Because of this, I am not asking an adoption fee, but will require an application, vet references, and possibly a home visit. I was trying to find a home for her along with her sister Sophie, but have been unable to do so.
