ADOPTION PENDING

Meet Perrie! An adorable purebred Siberian Husky who is estimated to be approximately 12 months old. Perrie came to us very frightened and stressed from a busy local shelter who recognized they couldn't easily meet her needs in the chaotic kennel environment. Once she climbed into her foster family's car she relaxed and knew she was well on her way to new life with people that would understand her. She charmed the veterinary office staff and quickly settled into her foster family's routine. She's learning how to play with other dogs her size and it's going well. She's a vocal girl with much to say! She's learning to appreciate her crate and has discovered toys. So far she's just a typical, bright, active Siberian who will thrive in the right home. Due to some resource guarding issues, she cannot be placed in a home with children. With the proper training and some patience, it is possible to overcome this issue. We are looking for a dog savvy home who will continue to encourage her socialization and will be committed to continue her training.
