Hello potential adopters! My name is Kate. I am a 3-5 year old Shepherd/Terrier mix. Recently, I found myself in a high kill shelter, with only hours left to live. Scared and alone, I had completely shut down, but through it all, I remained a sweet, loving girl. I was rescued just in time, and I am now at a foster home in Salisbury, NC. I am house trained, crate trained, very people friendly, and dog and cat friendly. I had a skin infection when I came into the shelter, but it is looking much better now with proper nutrition and shelter. I am spayed, micro-chipped, heart-worm negative, and on heart-worm and flea prevention. Would you be interested in making me part of your family today?
