My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

\My name is Tootsie Marie! I was just Tootsie but my foster dad said I'm so special that I deserve a middle name. I'm a 2.5 year old pit bull terrier mix and I am just a petite little thing and weigh around 40 pounds. I LOVE to play fetch and run in a big fenced yard! Squeaky toys are my weakness, I just cannot say no to a good squeaker. I like some dogs so if you have one, I'd love to meet them and take it slow and hopefully be best buddies eventually! Cats are toys, right? Oh, they're not? Ok, no cats for me then. I like kids, but I like them on the mature side - maybe 13 years and up? Playing with kids who understand I like to run fast and jump for balls would make me a really happy girl heart emoticon<3 I'm really athletic, too. I love to hike and run and would make a great agility dog - I heard it's very bonding to do agility with an owner and I'd really love to try that out. I'm crate and potty trained and would love a family to call my own. Are you my person?
