My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ADOPTION PENDING!!! Shorty was held in a vets cage from Jan to Aug while he was treated for heart worms. His owners had brought him in to be euthanized and the vet who knew him since he was a puppy saved and treated him. He is a little weak in his hind legs but is working on it daily and receiving glucosamine and herbs to strengthen his muscles. He is a very happy, loving, playful dog at 14.5 pounds. He loves to sleep in the big bed, be held, give kisses and play with the dogs here. He likes everyone and thinks the world is a great big place for him to explore. He loves to sit by me while I work on the lap top and goes outside to potty. I haven't seen a single accident that I can blame on him. He is very gentle when he takes treats and eats nicely with no food or toy aggression. He is a very sweet, gentle and happy dog.
