Noel was rescued during the holidays of 2014. Noel was rescued from the Moreno Valley Shelter and was very, very sick with pneumonia when we rescued her. With treatment, she has fully recovered.
Noel is blind which really isn't a "special need," but she is also incontinent, which we feel is a special need. If the door is open, she will go out and do her business, but she sometimes can't make it and can pee a little 1/2 dollar spot on the way out. Noel loves to explore the yard and can roam all over the yard and house without incidence -- she imprinted where everything was within a week of being here.
Noel is very playful and loves to play with you. She also gets into fights with her back legs which always makes us laugh. She is friendly and sassy and beautiful inside and out. Her favorite bed is a laundry basket full of clothes and she will gladly reward you with tons of kisses if you give her a belly rub.
Noel is spayed, up to date on all of her vaccination (including rabies) and microchipped. If you think Noel might be the family member you've been looking for, please contact the GreenDog Foundation at greendogfoundation@gmail.com. If adopting a special needs dog is not right for you, please consider a monthly sponsorship (donation) towards Noel's continued love and care.
Thank you for looking to rescue!
