Up for adoption in Texas and New England: Matilda
This sweet adorable pup is Matilda, a petite 8-month-old Lab mix. She weighs only 25 lbs and won’t be a very large dog. She loves people, is friendly, cuddly, and enjoys being petted. Matilda is a little scared of larger sized dogs until she gets used to them, and prefers dogs her own size or smaller as playmates. She has visited the dog park several times, and once she warmed up she ran and played very nicely with all of the other dogs.
Matilda is a little timid at first but will be the biggest cuddle bug once you earn her trust, which takes only a little petting and sweet talk! She settles into her crate at night and sleep all night, and goes easily into her gated area with a chew bone or peanut butter Kong toy and chill. She also loves to curl up next to you as you watch TV, walks well on a leash, and will sit easily for a treat.
She is spayed, vaccinated, and micro-chipped, almost housebroken, and crate trained. Apply at www.luckylabrescue.com
