Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Have you ever met a half dog, half Kangaroo? I have and her name is Chloe. At 10 months (our guess) she is boundless, bouncy (on her back legs), puppy energy mixed with cuddly lap dog. She is very affectionate with both people and dogs. Cats are a source of curiosity and she will bark at them. We feel she could learn to coexist, being so young, but that would take someone willing to work with her. She will definitely need some training. She pulls on a leash and barks at cars, motorcycles, bikes, strollers, etc. so she can be quite vocal. She will need a yard to run around in or she will need to learn leash manners if walks are a must. She has same type of Corgi-like herding behavior, the nipping to get your attention or to move you along. This behavior is often mistaken for biting when it is actually more similar to puppy teething. She was mislabeled in the shelter (happens all the time) as an aggressive biter. She is the polar opposite. She nipped a child and instead of the parents correcting the dog (and the child) she went to doggie jail. She was terrified there. I was asked to rescue her. I posted pictures of her licking my face with loving excitement just minutes after meeting her. She is a puppy. She needs training and understanding. I am working with her, she corrects pretty well, and is eager to please. When you work with her she will repay you with endless smiles and more kisses than you can count. We have fallen in love with her. We want to see her go where she can blossom into the great dog we already see. She is current on everything, even microchipped. Wanna pet a Doggie-Roo?
