Sophie is a Lab mix. She’s a very sweet, older girl with the spirit of a five year old. First thing in the morning, after finishing her biz, she wants to play! She loves to play chase and ruff house with foster dad in the backyard or even has fun alone, throwing a lemon or stick around that she finds on the ground. She’s great on leash and loves long walks. Sadly, Sophie needs a new home because her owner passed away. She is very well behaved, extremely obedient, and housebroken. She knows her place in the home, is low key, and will go and lay/stay whereever she is told. Sophie is great with kids and will play gently with them. She also loves to play with other dogs and would love it if you had a doggie friend already living in the house. She plays with a two year old female Lab and a cat (well, tolerates:) in her foster home and enjoys both of their company.
