My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Autumn was found on 8/20 in Chicago with a partial leash attached to her collar. Autumn’s owner was never located. Autumn is vaccinated and spayed. She is approximately 3 years old and 45 lbs. Autumn is housebroken and crate trained. She may occasionally object for a short amount of time to the crate because she wants to be by her person but a frozen kong treat will do the trick. She is a treat-motivated smart girl who knows sit, down, stay, drop, leave it and how to give paw. Autumn loves to go in the car for a ride and watch everything through the window. Her favorite thing to do is go for walks. Autumn is uncomfortable with stranger. She's scared around new people and needs . slow hellos with strangers. She's working on trusting people and seeing all the good in good people. We’re still learning of Autumn's doggie habits. She has been walked with dogs but has not been let off leash to play. The ideal home for Autumn would be a calm adult household who will be dedicated to giving Autumn the love, exercise and training she needs.
